I started a company and needed signs, banners, and vinyl letters. The quality of the work at Nite Lite Signs by far surpasses any company I had dealt with before. The customer service is friendly, informative, no non sense, and they're always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The owner and his staff are friendly and professional. I love my signs and always get compliments. I'll definitely use them again!

Pass on the sub par quality. I ended up having to have a different company redo my sign correctly. Owner didnt want to help make the adjustments necessary. Im very reasonable they are ridiculous

Had my signs done today. Good communication and very well lit signs. I would give a 10 starts. Good business to work with for business signs and they know what looks good and what to do. The owner is super cool too. Thank you John and Nite Lite Signs

Stay away from Nite Lite Signs for any work at all costs. To start off all of their work is subpar or way below satisfactory. When it comes to their paint work for signage and build quality it's plain horrible. Their painter doesn't know how to paint to begin with and leaves massive drips on the sides of signs. When it comes to vinyl work it's just plain shoddy. When weeding material that's on vinyl the employees have sent out damaged or cut material. They're print quality for vinyl and large scale install is very questionable. Have seen material leaving with non dry ink and getting smeared then being laminated and being sent out with finger prints. The general idea when it comes to John and his team of lazy employees they have a low standard when it comes to quality of work. They have said it if it's "not too visible" then it passes. I assure you it is very visible work. The company consists of the owner, 2 project managers and 4 shop employees. The owner is very hands off and quite rude to customers and employees. His employee Zack has made it clear that the owner can manage to keep a project manager for longer than 3-5 months before they quit due to being unable to work with the owner. All 4 employees have a lot to say when it comes to John and they know that he is a mess when it comes to organization of his company. They have said that installers have not been paid on time or at all. When sourcing installers they just pick a random installer from your area and go to town. Simply put the company is a mess when it comes to organization, improper structure of employees, lack of quality when it comes to your work and much more. Seeing all of these problems made me realize I do not want to be employed or associated with such a company.
