        We had a band experience last night on the 1/30/2024 .. One of the movers I hired with stuck in the elevator The fire department had to come and get him out of the elevator.. And because Of this We're unable to deliver the second load that I had already paid A flat rate ... This storage is for my daughter And now she She won't use their elevator... Due to her health She's unable to use the stairs.. After The movers got done taking everything up the stairs Change The labor an also My second trip because the gate locks at seven o'clock... I have no idea How we're going to straighten this problem out.. There's more to the story but I would sure like to know Safe is that elevator . My daughter is going to need access couple of times a week so Hopefully as good as this place sounds by the comments They will help me with this issue.. Thank you very much...         Yeah I would recommend this place. We rented a U-Haul from them. The vehicle was clean and the staff was very helpful.

        The absolute worst company to rent a uhaul from. Due to them not being present at 2:25 PM. on Saturday, though their door stated they'd be back at 1:30 PM. They charged a cleaning fee. Rude and just terrible.
