Citadel & Roofing Solar

[Update] Upon my 1-star review, Citadel customer specialist manager promptly contacted me to address the issues raised. While I appreciate their efforts in rectifying the situation, I also express the expectation that they continue to enhance their overall customer service standards in the future, aiming to prevent similar situations from arising. So rude and unprofessional from the first person who answers the phone. The worst customer service.

I interviewed several third-party contractors to get bids on installation of Tesla Powerwalls. I went with Citadel because they were straightforward in the process and not pushy as were some of the other companies. The sales team, scheduling and logistics team and the installation team were all professional, communicative and competent throughout the process. I highly recommend them.

I have to leave a 1 star review. I've left my phone and email and have been calling for over a month and can't get my questions answered. This is terrible customer service.

Five stars and the word "great" is truly not enough to describe how happy I have been with Citadels service.  I was lucky enough to work with the Solar Project Coordinator, Brandi, and everything was smooth sailing.  Communication with Brandi was amazing.  She kept me updated on projects, timelines, and delays (not because of Citadel, but worldwide manufacturing delays).  Returns emails and phone calls in timely manner, always polite and informative.  Not only was Brandi fantastic, but the installers were so nice and great to work with.  Thank you so much Citadel Roofing & Solar for making this experience a pleasant one.  I will definitely recommend this company to everyone.Just a quick update - I wanted to give a compliment for another Citadel employee, Francisco.  He went above and beyond to figure out what happened to our city inspection.  He showed up on time, the city did not.  Just like Brandi, Fransisco is friendly, polite and a pleasure to work with.  Citadel clearly excellent at hiring the best.  Thank you Brandi and Fransisco!!
