Holly was an absolute pro!! She was diligent, transparent, and everything else you could ask for in an agent! She made sure she was at every showing and was always available! She sold our house quick and took a lot of anxiety away from our already stressful move!

Good Morning Folks!
I wanted to share a bit about my experience about two members Holly's Team. First of all let's talk about Moriah Rosen (Recently Married and I won't disclose her new name without permission) At any rate, this was a seamless experience. She took the time to gain an understanding of my vision and needs, executing on every detail.
Real estate transactions are sometimes super stressful, Moriah provided the information that I needed and worked to manage the things that were all a part of that not important category. She worked with the selling agent to ensure that communication was on point and no detail was left out.
Maria Diegelman worked in the background of my transaction. She drove the administrative side of the deal, keeping me informed of the various milestones on the list of check boxes that needed to be met. Her experience as a realtor and broker shined through consistently throughout the entire transaction.
You may ask, would I use this team again for my future real estate needs? Absolutely! There is no question about it. Confidence and Trust are paramount and when a team can take that stress of a home purchase and remove it adding transparency at all levels, I say this has been achieved.

Ive posted before as Holly has been my realtor and friend for many years. She helped my family sell a rental and close on a new home that took 14 months, due to various reasons 9 years ago. Holly and her crew are amazing and make things happen so easily for the people they represent. 4 years ago, she helped my parents buy a home here in SCV, fast forward to today (1/22/24) she helped us sell that same house!! She is amazing and she even brought lunch for us and the moving crew. If Holly isnt your friend now, she will become your friend by the end of your purchase or sell. I recommend her!
