We had a great experience with Mariness. Her team was the listing agent and she represented us as the buyer since we werent working with a realtor. We found the house we were looking for after years of searching and waiting. There were multiple offers and she helped us through it. The process was very smooth. She was always very responsive. We had a lot of questions. She made sure that we were doing what we were comfortable with. Even if she didnt have the answers right away, she always got back to us very quickly. She even went beyond and came to our house to give us tips on how to set it up for rental and connected us with a rental management company. Thank you Mariness and team.

Stars and words cannot translate the level of service we received from Mariness! There was not one day throughout the whole process that Mariness was not available to answer our endless questions or walk us through the documents we were looking at. She is knowledgeable, professional and incredibly helpful. We are so grateful for her willingness to go above and beyond for us; and we cant imagine having done this process with anyone else. Not only we highly recommend her service, but we will be working together again when it is time for the next property!
