Just finished a student project there, Mike is the best site representative I have ever had, he keep thing super organized and easy for everyone. The location is very big and has a lot of potential for all type of filming, highly recommend to everyone around me.

Very adaptable and incredibly good. Its very natural and a perfect location for filming! Theres a rest area and Mike has everything you need.

Have produced multiple shoots at the beautiful Rustic Oaks Ranch, and it's a top location for reasonable pricing. Great place to shoot beautiful woods scenes or creepy horror vibes at night. Mike is great to work with, and everything is run very professionally. Couldn't reccomend this location more/

Rustic Oaks Ranch is the kind of hidden gem you're tempted to keep secret for fear of it getting too popular. We scouted all over the valley for a stand of woods that felt both realistic and magical -- a task that proved quite challenging. And then we landed at Mike's place. Mike, by the way, is a treasure -- equal parts resourceful and genuine. Our experience exceeded all expectation, and I can't wait to film here again. Selfishly, I just hope the word hasn't yet hit the studio circuit.
