Good start, would only let me pick from the most expensive booklet of pedicures, would tell me my choices were bad. Left open wounds on my toes, burned my legs (even when I asked her to wait on the steaming hot towels to cool), cut my toenails super short and rounded them, painted only the middle of the toes (looked so bad I had to ask her to paint the edges too!), left and didnt come back to give me my service ticket so I could pay and run away I went to Cindy, highly do not recommend this place, which is unfortunate since the location is so optimal! Nice salon, but bad service.

Im giving 3 stars because most of the time they do a good job. But the last time the manicurist convinced me to get an add on strengthening for my nails. My nails were fine and I hadnt done gel in awhile. In less than Two weeks and the gel all peeled off and it was so thin. I dont think it was even gel. The worst part was she was filing my nails and hit my cuticle and I was bleeding for 20 minutes and she kept pressing real hard. Then she said you have thin blood like it was my fault. I was shocked and should have made her stop. And my nails are in the worst shape ever now peeling so I need to cut them short. She will never touch my nails again. The gel pedicure was great. But this one person will ruin their business.

Ive only had my gel manicure for less than a week and 2 of my nails have chipped off already.. I went to get it fixed the next day after the service and just yesterday it chipped off again. Dont have time to keep going back to get it fixed, $40 wasted.

Got my nails done here today and the receptionist I think her name is kim I hoping Im getting it right and the nail technician Brittany was very sweet and kind they did an amazing job on my nails and I definitely will be going here for now on to get my nails done very reasonably priced and amazingly done with the nails thank you guys so much you guys are amazing if I can give you more than five stars I would great amazing customer service Service: Nail extensions
