I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have had Megan as my realtor. She made the experience of buying my first home so pleasant. Megan really listened to what I wanted in a home and did everything she could to achieve that. Even when I started to get cold feet at the end of closing, as many first time home buyers do, Megan was there to reassure me and asked what would make me more confident in my purchase. I told her that I would like more credits from the buyer for home repairs and Megan advocated for me 100%. The buyer agreed to give more credits towards closing costs. Thanks to Megan, I was able to buy the home of my dreams, more like Cabin because its in the mountains, at a great deal! Megan is incredibly responsive, friendly, and dedicated.
