I have been going to Infinity for laser hair removal & other treatments for the better part of a decade. I respect the fact that all individuals are highly qualified and very knowledgeable. The facility is clean, neat and extremely hygienic. I live much closer to Med spas that offer the same services but I travel 20+ minutes to Infinity because I firmly trust in the ability of the staff.

AERO Laser is not recommended for people with ethnic skin tones. I was aware that it would take a significant event for me to write my first review. When I went for a consultation because I had PIH on my neck, one of their pros informed me that AERO laser would help reduce it to a great extent and in the end VI Peel would help with any pigmentation that remained after AERO Laser. The information provided during the consultation convinced me. My goal was to eliminate the pigmentation on my neck and regain self-assurance in my skin tone.
I was hesitant to get an Aero laser because of its high cost, but my spouse persuaded me to do so because they said it would benefit me. My skin had barely changed after five Aero Laser treatment sessions. VI chemical peel did provide some assistance. However, I thought Aero Laser was a money-making fraud. It was of no assistance at all.
They glanced at the photo they always used before a session when I expressed my concerns. They also concurred that there isn't much of a change and that their promises of results weren't fulfilled. A few weeks later, I received a call from Jeff, the owner, who assured me that my issues would be taken care of and that they would seek out alternative therapies to support me. I inquired further to see what was happening, but no one ever responded to me or fixed my problem as they had promised.
About $2000 of my hard-earned money was lost.
