Warehouse loaders were fast. Warehouse manager named Carlos is a person that can't boss his wife at home but comes to work trying to act like his a boss. What joke of a person.

I have been here a few times and have had a pleasant experience each time. The people I have dealt with were professional,polite and managed their time well so I have no complaints. That being said yesterday ,Feb 15, 2024, I met Andres Reyes and must tell you he managed to step it up a notched and impressed me even more than everyone else. My thanks to Andres Reyes and all the others working at DrinkPak. My name is Tim and I drive for Swift.

Went with a driver these people are slower than turtle 1-pallet every 20 minutes Service not good at all will never come back here and Ill let there customers know they have drivers sit like a donkey

Wish I could give this place a -5 star review, checked in at 1715 for a 1900 appointment, was told to go park on pine St and they will call as soon as a dock is ready, after waiting for over 3hrs they still had not called with a dock assignment, I went to the check in desk and the staff just told me they will call me when they are ready, I have gone back a few times to check on the status of the dock assignment and they just keep saying they will call when they are ready. Finally got assigned a dock door at 0115 am, now to wait and see how long it takes for them to load my trailer.

I was here in 2005 and its 2023 now im still at the dock and waiting for get loadedim old now help me to get out from here. Fyd
