I'm so glad I found Tracy! She is not only a lovely person, but she is straight forward, knows her stuff, and easy to understand. The paperwork is always like reading a foreign language, but she explained it to me so that I actually understood what I was getting. She was anxious to give me enough coverage that I needed but not pushy to over cover me, which is what I have found with other agents. I will refer all my Los Angeles friends to her for their insurance needs!
