Ive used Molly maids 3 times, on a biweekly schedule. The first time they did a very thorough deep clean, which was a longer appointment. They put a few items in odd places but it was not a big deal. The second time was shorter, to their standard cleaning time. This was still a fairly good clean, but far more items were placed in very odd places, clothing in a dog toy bin that sort of thing. The third time was disappointing. They stayed only an hour instead of the discussed hour and a half, and did truly the absolute minimum. My windows are still covered in dog prints, unwashed. Items are placed in ridiculous places, including knives placed in a utensil holder directly next to the knife block, pots placed in the food pantry despite placing cutting boards and cookie sheets and other pots in the pot cabinet, peticure items in the dog toy bin, etc. beyond this, their vacuuming was all over the place, and wrinkled our rug to the point that we needed to redry it (ruggable) Im giving them 3 stars instead of fewer because they did try to make it right by offering a different crew in the future and offering for this cleaning to be free. If you need a deep clean theyre great. If you need consistent upkeep I would say based on our experience theyre not the best option.
