        Lots of issues that never seem to end with Kb homes. Our biggest issue was the wood boring insects- two different types- that started to come out of our walls. KB home tried to claim the holes were cause by nail pops. Two different pest control companies said we needed to fumigate, KB is cheap and opted to only do a direct treatment of the holes where the bugs came from. So disappointed in how KB handled this issue, as well as our numerous other issues. Do not buy a home from KB Homes.
