One of our two HVAC units was not working. The service guy from this company came in, checked the wrong compressor, refused to check the one that was not working after I requested him to do so, said the AC is too old and we had to replace the whole system, gave us a quote of over 5000 dollars and left after a 5 minute stay. Complained to the manager who insisted they did a thorough job diagnosing the problem. Refused to refund the 95 dollar service charge. Ridiculous. Don't use them! Service: A/C system repair

The serviceman from NRG Heating & Air Conditioning INC was extremely communicative with everything that he completed and why it was done. He was very thorough with his work and very considerate of his surroundings. He was quick and yet seemed to know exactly what he was doing at all times. I felt my AC was in excellent hands. He was very neat and it did not look like anyone was working in that area when he left. Thank you for your time and work at our home today, we appreciate your service! Had service call done and set an appointment for today and this company calls two hours before the time they needed to be here and said they needed to cancel and come out the next day not good customer service if you say you can do something do it NRG!! It's over 100 degrees not good at all guys !! You must do better!!!

It was a great experience to work with them. Their Air Conditioning services are awesome. They set a new Air Conditioning unit on my home. Professional service with a affordable price.I will call them again on future.

NRG Heating & Air came out and installed a new air conditioning unit at my home. They were professional, prompt, and very affordable. A friend told me to give them a try and after calling around to see what the best price was I choose them. I would recommend NRG and I will be using them again in the future!
