        One of the employees from the front desk was rude and condescending. There was a situation I didnt know about my membership. He gave me attitude explaining the situation. I thought thats what the front desk was for, to help or answer any questions customers may have. His attitude towards me was very unprofessional and not great customer service.

        I just started going to this Gym and this place is cool! Everything is clean and the massage chairs are super nice. The only problem is that It is super crowded and there's little space. But overall its pretty good!

        I am changing my review today the gym is clean gym and good equipments but it's very crowded. Also there is an employee that looks loke that be has an issue with me and my husband since first he is picking on us . Soon as we check in he is always looking at us. This makes us fell uncomfortable. Thinking about cancel the membership because of this employee...

        New location, so it's pretty clean and nice and there are a lot of friendly staff. We will have to see how long it stays this way. UPDATE: There are alot of employees that just hang out up front and chat amongst themselves and refuse to enforce any rules whatsoever. The main reason we even go to this gym is to do the 30 minute full body workout. There are always people in there hogging machines and not even following the program that is clearly posted all over the section. The numbers on the machines and the lights that change color aren't just for decoration. So I had to be a Karen and let the manager know what my issue was. And he said " yeah that's one of the reasons PF is considering getting rid of the 30 minute section" and that was really disappointing to hear, especially considering the fact it's also posted on the wall that "team members are monitoring this section regularly" so because the employees don't want to have to do what they were hired to do, the customers loose out? Makes no sense at all to me. I'm sorry but I will continue to lower my rating on this place until this issue is resolved and of course until there are no more stars to give. Or until I find a new gym.
