Maribel helped make my experience with Rainbow Florist so sweet. My Grandma is in the hospital and I called to make sure the flowers would come after her surgery. Maribel let me know that the bouquet I got would not be able to be sent till the next day. So she made a designer bouquet and sent it out on the last delivery of the day. My Grandma got beautiful flowers and a cute teddy bear right out of surgery. Thank you so much and Ill be using this service again!

It takes a lot for me to write a review, and my experience with Rainbow Florist in Santa Clarita is one of those times that requires sharing the phenomenal customer service I received. Let me start with the fact that I always use a local florist as it is important to keep my business local. I had a minor mishap with my delivery. The response from the owner was so quick, and he went above and beyond to not only rectify it immediately but also upgraded my order to let me know that customer satisfaction is the most important part of his business and because of the way he so graciously took care of me he now has a forever customer, and one who will be singing the praises to others.

I bought 8 black roses for 100$. Which is a good price for black, since they have to spray paint them, I also liked that they left some red showing like natural black roses would be. I called 2 weeks in advance and picked up the flowers on Valentines Day. The lady on the phone was nice and efficient. The flowers were in decent condition, smelled good, the paper and ribbon were surprisingly big and good quality.
