Jason was very knowledgeable and professional. Immediately recognizing additional work to be performed, he reached out to the fireplace manufacturer for additional information and specifications, limited his own time and cost, and provided a much needed consultation report with recommendation. Very helpful in providing information I needed.

Had some issues with smoke from our neighbor's fireplace coming into our unit. Jason inspected both our fireplaces and isolated the issue and made excellent suggestion on how to resolve. Highly recommended. Thanks!

Highly, HIGHLY recommend LUX. He showed up on time, was super nice, great communication, and just overall great to work with. He was professional and explained stuff to us non-industry people in a way we could understand. Totally thorough and we asked if he could rush his report to the company that will do the repairs and I kid you not, I had the report AND quote by 7am the next morning. I can't recommend them enough :-)
