Worst customer service ever. I bought three pairs of gloves through the website. A week later I receive an email stating one set of gloves was sold out. I said fine, Ill take three of the same set. TWO WEEKS go by and I havent received anything. I call them back and the dingbat who answers the phone claims that I called and canceled my order. THAT NEVER HAPPENED, and Ill never buy another product made by this shady company.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had with a company. I ordered something on their website with a promo code then I get a better one from a friend so I order the same things again with the new promo code and call back the next day to cancel the first order. The person on the phone never cancels my first order even though she clearly stated she will do so. So they end up shipping both orders so I had to call them back to try to get a return label then she states that I have to call back once I get the items. Well I get the items then call back then she states I have to fill out a form to request a label never in a million years I would've though it was this hard to return some gloves I dont need. Wow. It took me to long to get a return label. Customer service department needs work and I suggest removing that return label request form because it's a waste of time for the customer especially when it wasn't their fault in the first place . This review is not about the products but the process I had gone through , because their gloves are one of the best in my opinion.
