Jamil was amazing. I had residuals cat urine smell from the tenant that lived there before. It was awful. I called them and explained the situation And he was very clear on what he could do about it which was a big relief. He came the 2 days later after the floors were removed and replaced to do his magic and it worked amazingly. He made the apartment look and smell like no one ever lived there before. I highly suggest Jamil.

Amazing service! I know that I can count on Bio-one any time. I recently found myself in need of their services to clean some rodent feces and urine in my office. I previously contacted another company who made me feel like there was no hope and I should be ashamed. Not with bio-one, from our first call Jamil heard the stress in my voice and reassured me I can count on him. He went out of his way to come to my office in Pasadena. He did a thorough walk-thru and diagnosed areas that needed to be tended to. Nothing extra, no drama, he was very professional, transparent, and extremely honest. You don't come across many people in this world (post COVID) who will go out of their way to help a perfect stranger in their time of need but Jamil and Bio-one will. Thank you a million times over for the excellent service provided.

Bio-One came through for our family! The house we are about to move into was covered in rat and mouse droppings. Jamil showed up the same day I called and gave us an estimate.
