Manager, is very professional. Never met one like Annie. She gives her whole self to are complexI like to give a shout out to are assistant manager Lisa. Both managers are perfect. I love my apartment very much. It gives me peace.

Annie is a caring, awesome manager. The property is lovely for seniors, lots of benches to rest while walking in the tree lined complex. Best of all we feel safe ! The neighbors are welcoming and friendly. Thank you to the owner and staff for beautifully maintaining this property. We love our friends we have made here! Carole and Rocky Latham Lisa Garrett is another manager that exemplifies the caring nature of this Complex. She is a friend and friendly face to everyone; someone who really cares about the residents and makes our lives immeasurably better each day!

Place needs a good updating

The place looks pretty from the outside but the new management company "Real Property Management Traditions" is the most unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with e.g. I handed over my rent check four days before the due date and they cashed it the same day and it's not like if I'm going to get credit for those extra days if/when I leave this place; the manager and assistant alternate work days to be in the office but when there is no one there and you call the office there is no response-no voicemail! -when before this management company took over the management at least there was an answering service answered by a real person. the assistant manager Lisa is always "chatting away" with tenants and when a real issue needs to be discussed she seems bother by you! -the paying Tennant!!; secondly the manager Sharon Vonderohe is the most arrogant and unpleasant person to deal with when you have a problem with the apartment she cuts you off Half-way through the conversation and walks away on you.. I tracked the office here in canyon country expecting to go and discuss issues with upper level management but it's not an office "per se" it's a place where post office drops off mail for them there is no human activity what so ever. If you walked by outside the building all the apartments on the front facing facia of the building have brand new air-conditioning units but the ones in some of the apartments like mine could easily date back to late 80's or even before that and the same applies to the stove and the refrigerator. a year or so ago the old ac in my apartment stopped working and they replaced with an even older one-which may seem made up or a lie with it is an honest fact. The saying "buyer be ware" really applies to this place-welcome home!
