Five Stars for David and DAP HVAC Services. Thank you for my neighbors who recommended! Ive used DAP twice now. First time was during the summer months this year (2023) when it was still hot even during the evening and nighttime. I noticed my a/c unit wasnt cooling my house even after a while at night. It was just pushing air, hot air. I texted David my issue and he was able to come same day for me. He gave me a window of when to expect him, came on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and replaced the busted part same day. The second time I used their services was today after the Santa Ana winds ended up forcing air back into my forced air system and ended up tripping it. He explained it better than I can This time, what I thought was the a/c fan kept on and pushing air even with the thermostats both off. Also a quick fix for him as he climbed into the attic for a couple minutes and boom, fixed. Cold air when I want cold air, hot air when I want hot air, fan is off when it says off. All is right in my home. Something I really want to point out is that in both occasions, he was super cordial (asked if he could come in, asked if he could go upstairs to the attic), came prepared (he seemed to just go to whatever needs to be fixed after me just texting him my issue), and leaves my home in clean fashion (wears shoe booties, cleans, etc.). Youll use DAP HVAC one time and youll tell people you have an AC guy.
