Several things to be aware of to buy a used car: 1. Typically they do not sell with new tire like other dealers do (that's still ok and fair because you may know this upfront) 2. The tires may come from different brands. The tire pressure may be filled quite differently on all four tires. 3. No spare tire with the car. maybe original manufacturer does so? 4. they may only offer one smart key fob, which may cost about 250-400$ to have a 2nd depending on where you get. The fob itself costs only about $25-$80; the costly part is programming the 2nd key. After the 2nd, it is easy to get the 3rd or more.

very bad service, bought a car from this location one month ago, never get information about payment. almost going to pass the payment due but can't get any help. called the location several times, 1st time on Wednesday (3/13), He said their loan staff was not there, asked me to call back 2 days later 2nd time on Friday (3/15), a guys with very good altitude tried to connect to the finance department several times but didn't get it successfully. left a message, and he suggested me to call back the same day if I didn't get response from finance department. didn't get response on 3/15 3rd time on Saturday (3/16), he forwarded me to the finance department, again, no response. called again and try to understand the situation. he was very mad, refuse to answer any questions, said he is very busy with customers and asked me to call back on Monday hang up my phone. I am currently stuck at this loop of call--> forwarded to finance department --> no response --> call 2 days later. so frustrated and don't know what to do, and don't want to miss the payment The other thing I don't like them is their policy also only allows test drive 1 car for each visit.

I went here many times to buy a tesla model 3. Finally I liked a car and said I wanted to buy it. I told them many times that the loan interest was important and I waited with them. They increased 28% interest on my credit score of 730 points. Of course, I found this high and did not accept it. Maybe I would go to my own bank and prepare my own loan. However, since I did not accept their offer, the sales representative's attitude towards me became very harsh and rude. Without even looking at me, they said that this car had other customers and immediately started looking for them. When you come to the store, they treat you with fake politeness but do not offer you a solution or alternative way. If they can't sell you the car, they treat you very badly. In addition, the Carfax reports of Tesla vehicles are completely empty, they give a report according to their own words. The first time I went, I looked at a Model 3 Vehicle and its trunk was full of water and the report of this car was clean. My advice to those who will buy a car from here is to be very careful. My advice to Hertz is to employ people who will serve people happily, not just money-oriented people. I never recommend .
