It was easy to get there. The staff was great and super friendly. It's always nice to see Dr. Que and her people. It's a new place but it's a lot nicer. Thank you again

The front desk has no respect on their customers at all, they open at 9am, I book 9am and arrive at 9:02. Front desk keep speaking on phone for 7 minutes and does not help me check in because she said Im late, she told me the confirmation email said I need to arrive 10 min before(which I checked but nowhere shows this info), and attitude is so bad like this is my fault, maybe dont speak on phone that long if theres a customer waiting in front of you? And dont act like blaming a customer not arriving before your open time? AVOID this place if dont want to ruin your day

Ive gotten great care from Carbon on every visit. As a Kaiser member my current coverage includes urgent care through Carbon. I find the staff to be compassionate, engaged, competent and responsive. Its far better than the urgent care and emergency experiences Ive had with larger providers.

Have had 3 or 4 visits here in the last 3-4 years (4 active kids), all were as good as you can expect (when you need an urgent medical visit). Clean facility, qualified staff, good care!

I have been seeing Wilson for primary care. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and always provides good treatment options. Highly recommended. The Carbon Health process is also seamless.
