Couple of years ago, I went to Santa Clara to visit a Real Estate Agent. During that time I had some mortgage and rental properties real estate tax issues, I had to look for a CPA firm on Google. I found Bhuiyan & Associate, CPA on Google. I was in rush, without appointment, I went to Bhuiyan & Associates, CPA firm in Santa Clara. I was welcomed by Motin Bhuiyan without appointment at his office. After I reached his office. I explained all my rental property tax and mortgage tax issues, He listened carefully all tax related issues and explained me nicely. I understand how to deduct mortgage interest along with other expenses associated with my rental properties can also be deducted ."
