However, not knowing just empowers me to find out. So I called a construction friend with years of experience and he didn't hesitate to recommend Roadway Steel.Before just passing the info on, I decided I'd give them a call to check on prices for him. I initially spoke with a receptionist who transferred me to one of their estimators, Robert.Robert was absolutely terrific. I explained to him the situation and he went over every possible scenario and even gave me an estimate over the phone. I've dealt with sales people over the phone in similar situations, and they usually just blow me off. So color me impressed. Great customer service and a huge recommendation from an industry professional makes this the go-to place for metal fabrication in my book.
