I went to return some Birkenstocks I purchased today around 6:30pm and the employee that was helping me was very helpful and sweet. I had lost my receipt and had asked if she can look up my receipt with the email I used to purchased the shoes . She seemed to have been struggling a little to find my receipt and this young black man (who Im guessing was the manager) came and took over. I asked a simple question and he answered me super rudely, I felt like he was talking down on me. I was shocked and didnt say anything. He talked the same way to the other employee too and you could tell she was uncomfortable/ bothered by him. I wasnt rude or being difficult so idk what the problem.
