        I had a bad taste with previous storage locations and how the "customer service" was never available to help when needed. I then had the need for a space again and came to PS. Julia has been amazing with customer service (which I am big on). Not only has this part of the process been great, she has always made herself available to answer questions and solve issues we have had with storage units. Thank you Julia!
