Nick, the owner, is one of the best HP experts and troublehooters on the west coast! I've been using him for over 20 years now for HP printers, copiers, and toner supplies. He does a great job as a small business owner, even supporting some large companies in the south Bay Area.

I was recommended by a client to Lak/Nick and he was a breath of fresh air. In the past, I had a very reputable shop repair this same printer only to have it break a few days later... they took it back for 2 weeks and told me they couldn't replicate the misfeed problem. Lak came and in 20 minutes found the problem with a broken off screwdriver in it! He replaced the rollers... and did a full service on it... it's running like new!

I used to work here.. The owner is very knowlegable about printers. He got his cerificatifitions all over the walls when I left several years ago. I hope he and his family are doing OK. This is a family own business.
