It was great and very nice experience to shop with Lens Crafters. There are lots of glass and frame choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I came in with a pair of glasses with an arm that needed to be repaired. This is the fourth place I brought my broken glasses to because all of the other repair shops were unable able to fix it. Mikayla and Michelle were the ones that helped me. The two of them figured out it was more than just a broken screw. While they were working on it, they explained to me there was also a problem with the spring hinge and some other pieces of the glasses I never heard of.
They were exceptionally knowledgeable in their craft and got my repair done swiftly and professionally with no problems at all. Again, no other repair place was able to fix it because they didnt even acknowledge other pieces of the glasses that were causing the issue. I would trust them with any issue I have with my glasses in the future.
