Ishanghai Delight

The food is ok, not too salty but a bit oily. The dining experience is very bad. They forgot one of the dumplings I ordered, didnt serve it until we finished. So I asked them to remove it for us if its not cooked yet. The waitress said it must been cooked. When she double checked with her colleagues and find out it wasnt cooked it, she yelled at the kitchen asking them to make the order and told me it will only be 2 mins. Then it took 10 mins for the dumplings to be served. And the same dish was served first to others who ordered later than us. What a shame.

I love Shanghainese food but unfortunately we didnt get a good experience here. The service was very slow, the utensils are not clean, and the food was overpriced. Would not come back

Ishanghai delight is our favorite Shanghainese place in Bay Area, we are so happy they opened a store in this area. We always order xiaolongbao, pan fried buns, and the soup. Their xiaolongbao is the best, great wrap, flavorful filling and a lot of soup inside (almost a spoonful), even the pan fried bun has soup inside.
