We worked with Lana to purchase our first SFH and we have had very pleasant experience working with her. First things first, Lana has setup multiple zoom calls to make us understand entire home buying process in detail. For first few homes we liked, Lana has spent good amount of time giving us detailed walkthrough of inspection reports, disclosures,CMA reports etc. Being first time home buyer, i had 100s of questions and Lana has been very patient in answering each and every question clearly. For few homes, I was little aggressive to put an offer after seeing home and reviewing high level disclosures but Lana has brought out certain problems with the home which we couldnt have figured out ourselves. This shows her interest in getting best possible home for her customer instead of making customers buy any home ASAP just to close transaction. Lana has been very responsive and responded to almost all of my questions in timely manner. Finally, i would like to thank Lana for helping us find and buy the home we liked in this crazy 2021 housing market.

Lana is an absolutely thorough professional and on top of things when it comes to understanding of the market and it's insights. We loved the fact that she worked around our requirements both financial and aesthetic to make sure we found the right kind of home at the right price. She is extremely analytical when it comes to understanding the current real estate scene and explaining it to first time buyers like us.
