Stefan was a pleasure to work with both on the sale of our existing home and the purchase of our new one. He was very helpful throughout the process and kept us up to date on everything we needed to know. He was very thorough on the review of the property and was able to summarize it for us so we felt comfortable with our purchase. He is very knowledgeable about the process, the market and has multiple references for any services you would need along the way. Most importantly he cares and made himself readily available via phone, text, email and responded at all hours of the day. He turned a stressful situation into a memorable experience and we are very happy with our new purchase and the sale of our home.

Stefan recently assisted my husband and me with the sale of our home in Sunnyvale. He worked with a team of people in bringing our home from the 1960's into 2021! Our home was stunning when the remodel was complete. Since we had moved two hours away, Stefan coordinated, communicated, organized, managed, guided, everything that needed to be done! He went well above and beyond what any other realtor would have done. His professionalism is impeccable! His communication is 100% on point! His judgement in what would and wouldn't work with the sale of our home is much better than what we could have come up with! He works to build a partnership with his clients and he's inclusive. We enjoyed (loved) working with Stefan so much that we'll miss communicating with him going forward. Our home was sold well beyond what was expected. While the sale of our home may not be the norm, I need to give credit to Stefan where credit is due: our home sold as the highest sale of a three bedroom, two bath home in Sunnyvale. I worked with Stefan on a wide variety of properties all over the Bay Area, initially focusing on buying land to build a home. If youve never tried to purchase land its a whole different animal, and a lot more complicated than buying a home. Stefan is very knowledgeable in this area and received praise from the architects and structural engineers we worked with in this process. He also helped educate me on all these issues and worked his contacts to help us sort through the various land mines that come with building a home in the hillsides. In the end I bought a home that needed a lot of TLC but hit most of my hot buttons. Stefan helped me put together a winning offer, worked the deal closely with the sellers agent, and kept me in the loop. I couldnt think of a more professional person to work with and highly recommend him!

I have used Stef my entire adult life and have bought and sold 3 homes with him. He is simply fantastic! Buying/selling a home with him is a true pleasure; he literally takes care of everything and puts the client's mind at total ease in what could be a very stressful life event. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
