To say that Coco is the best is a huge understatement!  Coco not only brings style and innovation to staging homes, she transforms them into a space you enter, see yourself living in, and want as your own!  I've been fortunate to work with Coco many times and she's never let me down.  In addition to being a wonderful designer, Coco is a great business person, I love working with her when I list a home; I know she'll do what she says she'll do and that's pretty awesome when you work with someone.  If you're looking for excellency, reliability, and professionalism, look no further than Coco, she's the best!

I am so proud to work with Coco and her fabulous team.  I believe in staging so much and Coco believes deeply in what she does.  We are not just selling houses, we are selling homes where life happens.  Coco tells a story with each stage that captures the hearts of buyers.  I am always in awe of the finished product.  The staging is high quality and brings a breath of fresh air because it doesn't look like all the rest.  She's not afraid to put personality in it and my clients appreciate that touch.

Coco is the absolute best in the business! She understands what us Realtors are trying to accomplish and just "gets it." While it is difficult to attribute a dollar amount or percentage that staging brings to a home, I KNOW that our listings have sold for their highest value due to Coco's staging and often times receive over the asking price. Realtors and buyers ALWAYS comment on her design and frequently ask me if she can help them with the design of their current home. She is an incredible artist and story teller. She takes each home and brings it to life by her ability to enhance it's current condition and highlights the areas buyers are most interested in.I had a very particular client who wanted to be part of the staging process. Coco handled this client with grace and was extremely professional. She even included the client in the design process which went above and beyond. All this to say, Coco is a must-have on your preferred vendor list or if you need home design help.

I don't write a lot of reviews but was compelled to post something about CoCo home style. I was blown away by the tremendous job CoCo and her team did staging and setting up our house to sell. When they say after staging you wish you were keeping the house - I can totally relate. The house was gorgeous!  The workers were all friendly, respectful and very hard working. I wish everyone I contracted with made me as happy to spend my money!
