        Kasa is our favorite place to stay when visiting our son at SCU, hands down. But we have to plan way ahead, since they don't have a lot of rooms. Clean, bright spaces with quiet neighbors, and just a short walk to campus. Attentive service, when needed. This time our room had a non-functioning tea kettle. Someone came to replace it, tested the new one, found it lacking, and went and grabbed us a brand new one. The kitchen is well-supplied, perfect for cooking there or bringing in take-out.

        Great location for our needs, but the experience was not great. The access code we were given did not work - had to wait for a resident of the building to give us access to the elevator. That same elevator was out of service the next day so we had to roam the garage to find a stairwell down to the first floor. The room was very clean and the kitchen was great. The bed was another story. The mattress in our room needs to be replaced since it had a very pronounced dip. Pretty uncomfortable.
