The shop is new in the area, the price is reasonable, good stock, waiting for more products when it would be fully operational.

New supermarket in this area. It's pretty much stocked up with most of the needed grocery items. Biggest highlight is less crowd, the reason I hate going to stores like cash and carry. Let's see how long it continues to be like that. Price wise, it's reasonable too. I think I found my new go to grocery store!

Tiranga is the newest addition to the South Bay Area Indian Grocery shopping. It opened just a week ago and are still in the process of stocking stuff and putting price labels. From what I shopped and looked for, items generally bought by many grocery shoppers, the price on most items are comparable to its competitors. Some items were pricey and most were within acceptable price range. Produce is fairly fresh. Flour, Rice, Lentils and packaged spices had the regular brands. The frozen section has cooked food, frozen vegetables and paneer, yogurt. One would not miss anything specific. Am sure the owners would add in demand brands. The place is clean and organized, for now. Could not gauge the crowd or checkout process as there were only couple people in front to check out. Location is convenient for Santa Clara, Cupertino, West San Jose and Sunnyvale residents. India Cash and Carry and New India Bazar are the closest competitors. Lets see if this place picks up or meets its fate soon.
