Terrible support, never reply emails. If your warranty is over, you're on your own, and it breaks a lot, I have 2 broken units they refuse to give support

I can't say enough good things about my experience with both DLI's products and services. I purchased their Web Power 7 Switch back in November of 2014. It had been working flawlessly up until about a month ago when it finally gave up the ghost. The firmware basically hiccuped and I was unable to get it to boot back up. All power was loss to all the outlets, and the LCD screen blank. I'll be honest and say that I was expecting to get the run around in trying to get them to honor their 5 year warranty. Those expectations were quickly dismissed as I began the process. I sent in my RMA request via email per their websites thorough instructions. I waited about 18 hours before I gave them a courtesy call to find out what the status was on my request. Ty apologized and explained to me that the person normally handling those requests was out, but he'd get on it right away. A few moments later, he gave me the RMA number and I had it out the door the next day. A few days later after receiving a notification from FedEx that it been delivered to DLI, I sent out another courtesy email. Thanh Kim in sales there kindly responded with the status and even what was required to fix it. I already had it in my mind that it had to be flashed. So I was expecting to have to set each and every one of my scripts back up... For the third time in this review, I was wrong again! Lol. Not only did they manage to get it back working, but they saved all of my configurations too! I was so glad! I didn't really want to go back through and do that all over again... I can't speak for the previous reviewers issues, but my experience with them was excellent. I actually went and bought two more switches because of their outstanding handling of my case. If they keep it up, they'll have a lifetime customer in me!
