Josh was amazing with his service, even after almost a year after his first visit he remembered all the details about our home set up. He did not hold back on any information we needed, especially when we discussed a competitor that had come by a few weeks prior but Josh explained in depth the clear differences between their system and Nuvias system. Installers Byron was amazing as well, he and his wife knocked out our install with amazing service, and when Byron said he would come back the next morning to finish the work he showed up an hour early ready to knock it out. Couldnt have asked for a better team to work on our home. You immediately can tell the difference with the water quality , showers feel 100x better and my acne that I had all over my face cleared up within the first shower. And goodbye hard water spots! Best investment we have made after becoming homeowners I promise you wont regret it. Will always keep Nuvia on speed dial for any water softener needs.
