I hired CS Electric to install a Level 2 EV charger at my home. Out of the 3-5 places I received quotes for, they were in the ballpark but not the highest. They also took the time to send me a proper estimate after an initial phone call where we went through pictures of my electrical panel setup. Ciao and his colleague did a good job with the install, and the EV charger works. Ciao also helped me troubleshoot my AC which had stopped working during a heat wave. Apparently, one of the wires had become loose in my attic (which he reconnected). The AC now works. Thank you Ciao!

I contacted CS Electric to install a new 40 amp circuit for an electric stove. Caio was quick to respond to my request for a quote and showed up right on time. The estimate as a fair price so we scheduled the installation for the next week. Again, they showed up on time and were very professional when completing the work. Caio is very professional. From the initial meeting, he came on time and very thorough. I made contact with another electrician on the same day because that person responded faster in the beginning. Unfortunately it was a mistake. The other guy did not check the panel like Caio did. Caio even went outside to look at the meter to make sure the power supply can sustain what we need. When it came to providing estimate and time frame, Caio provided clear communication in writing. No hidden cost, no hidden agenda such as "no invoice then small discount" after ridiculous quote. Caio came on time on the day of project. He got the work done as described. He kept the area cleaned and he cleaned up the mess that caused by project. I cannot say enough good thing about Caio but he is now my go-to-person whenever I have electrical needs for the house. Service: Electric car charger installation
