Simply put, Ryan was excellent! He quickly responded to my message and scheduled a visit for the next day. (A rarity, given how busy commercial electricians are right now.) He showed up on time, was personable and professional, and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. What I appreciated most, though, was that he took the time to explain what he was doing -- his thought processes for troubleshooting the issue -- why I was experiencing the issue, and how it could be fixed. Now, I am better informed on how to handle a situation and convey necessary information to Ryan if future issues crop up. So, an educator as well as a repair electrician and business owner.
