Thank you Accu Dental! I always had a fear in dentistry but the staff here had made me feel so comfortable and making sure i was ok throughout the whole appointment or anytime I had came in for an appointment. They are like family here and you definitely feel the warmth from everyone love that! Do want to thank Linh, Joanna, Dr. Lily, Charity and Sunny for making my dental experience amazing and to the front staff always throughly explaining to me what my copays are as well how my insurance which no one goes into detail like they do. Thank you for always answering my questions and having an amazing experience recommend for all to come here!

UPDATE: I will be happy to change this review once accudental gets back to me and takes care of this situation. it is not fair to be charged for something upfront and then NOT PROVIDED with the service and then keep my money. it is really hard for me to believe that a company would go through all this schooling and work to become accredited with all these places to just steal from its' patients and then give us the run around. below you can see someone from there asked me to contact them about my review to fix my situation. of which i have done to no avail thus far: I contacted the manager (Charity) at accudental. I had to leave a message for her. that was on 3/11. She returned my call on wed 3/13 and said she would look into this situation for me. It is friday and she has not gotten back to me. I contacted them today on 3/15 and she answered the phone and pretended to transfer me to the manager but instead transferred me to the receptionist of which took another message. ORIGINAL REVIEW: i normally do not like to write bad reviews unless I need to protect the general public from a possible scam artist. I really like the ladies at the reception and actually feel really bad for them having to deal with frustrated people that are getting scammed by their doctors. it looks like i am not the first one. I did not appreciate the pressure they put on me for paying everything upfront. I had two teeth extracted and they were supposed to do some work after that they did not. all they did was extract put gauze and send me on my way. I should only be paying for that. I overpaid and simply want my money back. I got infected which is a sure sign that the irrigation they promised and i paid for (of which they insisted must be done to prevent infection) WAS NOT DONE. They did not take any urgency in the fact that my face was swollen and in a lot of pain. I took antibiotics at home to relieve the pain and infection until I got there on Tuesday for the appt they scheduled for me (5 days away). I still have not heard back about the irrigation that was not done and my payment in return. I feel ripped off

Everyone I've encountered at Accu Dental Saratoga, from Linh at the front desk to Dr. Lily Patil with the drill (and apologies to other staff who's names I've not mentioned), has been incredibly friendly, professional, and skilled. This is some of the most thorough dentistry I've encountered, and even a basic cleaning has me confident that this is the best cleaning I've had. More to the point, I had some moderately complex dental work, with two crowns and two fillings, and Accu Dental handled everything incredibly quickly, including two extra appointments when I broke my temporary crown--expected since they're fragile acrylic, and a second appointment to adjust my bite, since it's hard to get right when your jaw is numb and you've had your mouth open for a file. I'm happy to be a patient here.
