I wish if I could've option to choose less than zero star option here. Highly unprofessional staffing company which play with the emotions and hopes of candidates who are struggling with job search. Unfortunately raciest. All of a sudden they stop responding. Do not bother to update. The worst feature, Akraya's recruiters flood your inbox with irrelevant emails. Even after requesting to unsubscribe this trail doesn't get stop. Please please stop doing this and be genuine, be gracious, be professional.

Varun Bansal and Shilpi Khairnar are the best recruiters I have come across in last few years who have helped me with great opportunities during covid. They both are perfect examples of what best recruiters are and excellent to work with. Akraya women back to work initiative is great and recommend to connect with them in finding your next gig.

It is a scam, they collect emails asking on your LinkedIn profile for your CV, then they never answer you and they constantly send you Spam. It is not a serious company, avoid job offers related to Akraya.

Soliciting last 4 of your Social and other Private identifying information when they are simply just pitching position by recruiter is very unprofessional and unnecessary in the age of Identity theft!! You all should fix that!
