The team at ibota are fantastic! I've been dealing with internet issues for months at my business and after dealing with multiple different technicians, I was able to find ibota. They came out immediately, kept me informed throughout the whole process, and even dealt with my provider to help resolve any ongoing issues. Roland was able to quickly determine the problem, get it fixed and at a very good price, especially when compared to the other companies in my area. I just wish I would have found them sooner. I would recommend these guys to everyone. If you have any issues just gives these guys a call and it could potentially save you a lot of time and a lot of money.

Roland and his team are truly committed to their job. My Optometry Office has worked with them for over 2 years, and we've been happy with their expertise and timeliness of their responses. They've helped stabilize our internet connections, and assisted in other IT related issues that we get from time to time. After every work that he does, Roland is very thorough in his verbal and written explanations, which help guide the both of us as we move forward with any other future IT related issues. I highly recommend Ibota, and I'm sure you'll be very happy with their knowledge and work.

Roland just wired our new office and got us up and running. He came as a referral from our IT guy and together they got our internet and phone running. Although we had a glitch due to Comcast, Roland was able to work through it.Highly professional and responsive company to work with. If you are moving and need some inside wiring, I highly recommend Roland and his team.

Purchased a Swann Video Surveillance system from Fry's Electronics.  Very antiquated and difficult to activate on line and mate with tablets and other devices.   Swann offers no support only an incomplete operators manual that is very difficult to decipher.     I called numerous I.T. firms and tried to get referrals from Swann Direct but the only one that helped was Roland.     Putting aside that he has much larger clients that tax his time than me,  he managed to break away from his regular clients to help me out.  Once I mentioned that my camera caught criminals robbing and ransacking my neighbors house.   He immediately changed his scheduled to help download a file for the S.J. Police dept.     I was amazed that he managed to systematically debug my system and get it working perfectly.   He jumped to several websites away from the Swann to get the support and technical code to get my system working properly.   I am computer literate, however Roland is a computer scientist.  He knows all the tricks and angles to get it done.    I'm truly grateful that he took the time to help me out.
