S&B is a little family business that works hard and does a good job. I cannot clean my bathrooms, kitchen, or my floors but the cleaning crew does a conscientious job. They are Honest and trustworthy and very Pleasant to deal with. I think the price is a fair price for the job.

I booked them while moving out of our 4 bedroom townhome in sunnyvale. I was hesitant at first because of the great price point but was pleasantly surprised. They were easy to work with, the house was clean and best of all I received all of my security deposit!

I have contacted several people before agreeing to hire Patricia. Highly recommend Patricia's services due to the below:1. Easy to contact: I sent her an inquiry on Yelp and received a response within 10-20 minutes.2. Easy to schedule: she was able to accommodate me in short notice as I was lucky to be in the same area with her regulars.3. Her work: she was a team of 2. They arrived 5 minutes earlier than scheduled time. They brought all of the tools and cleaning solutions. They did a very great job in cleaning with great attention in detail. They even dust the ceiling fan.4. Pricing: very reasonable and upfrontI couldn't be happier with the service Patricia provided. We are considering to have her over as regular.She also has many of good reviews from other customers but I don't understand why Yelp doesn't displace them. Yelp put them in the gray area that you have to click to expand.

Patricia and her team are wonderful!! I have made several changes to the appointment time. She was extremely understanding and patient. Their price is very very reasonable and their work is perfect. Highly recommended.
