I ordered food through the company's website to deliver lunches to my sons' summer camp. Without any notice from their site, they discontinued delivering to that site. When I called them, they said there were not enough students at the camp so they wouldn't deliver. They promised to refund but they never did. I followed up with emails and left several voice messages but they totally ignored me. I cannot get a hold of anyone from this company.  Finally, I had to contact my credit card company to file a dispute on the charge. Very bad services indeed.

Update: It's been 3 months since the incident, and they still have not refunded us.Original post:I have no idea if their food is good, but I know their service is horrible.  I placed lunch orders for my 3-year-old through their web site, and they charged my credit card knowing that they were canceling their service to my child's day care.  I received no notice at all that my child was not going to get lunch.  When I called, the owner blamed the school for not telling me about it when it is not the school's responsibility.  A service provider so irresponsible is worth avoiding at all costs.
