Walking in, The Kebab Shop is clean. Thats always a big one for me. The food is good and filling, I even had leftovers. Overall a good experience and a good place to eat alone or with your family. Thank you The Kebab Shop

These guys really need to provide customize order instructions on their website or pickup the phone. They stuff everything including extras into just one wrap and it's a mess.

The circular indoor eating area is loud with echo even when there are only a few diners. Had to go outside. The wraps we ordered were nothing to write home about. The lamb and chicken tasted almost the same. The hot sauce wasn't. The cilantro-jalapeno sauce was flavorful - but didn't quite mesh with the wraps. All-in-all Not Bad. In other words - nothing to write home about.

how is this place 4.1 star? I'm not very picky with food so the fact that I felt underwhelmed for my first experience means something. I ordered a plate for about $15 total price and the photo attached is what I got (8oz water bottle for size reference). I was hoping the taste would justify the price but sadly it was not extraordinary.

I love the semi-charred lavash they use for the wraps, really brings the food to another level. I've been to other TKS shops in bay area and the taste is always similar however there are differences in service speed and quality. This location in Santa Clara is my favorite TKS shop so far. In addition, my order was delayed today, later I received a carved chicken wrap with barely any chicken on it. Not a biggie as I received my order perfectly fine from them countless times, I will observe and update my review if it repeats.
