Nice place and quick service. Have some good vegan / non meat options. The zen teriyaki burger was great . And the zen vegan fries was also good.

I ordered the chicken bowl, wings and a beer for $30. When I tried the bowl, I didnt like the chicken as it tasted old and sweet even though it said it was spicy. I took it back and asked if they could replace it with something else of equal or lesser value. First they said they couldnt because I already took a bite (how else was I supposed to try it?). Then their reasoning was that if it looks like I ate it they cant re sell it. So technically if I took it with me for 5 min and came back and gave it to them untouched, they would just re sell it (thats nasty!). I asked for a refund and they said they dont do that. I asked if theres anything they could do and they said theyll give me a discount if I bought something else (like I didnt just spend $30). They are ridiculous! Terrible customer service. Only reason I gave them 2 stars was because at least the wings were good.

Every time I come here for my lunch during my shift theres always a problem with the way Im ordering and the lady is always really rude. This last time my order took especially longer then usual and two couples that came 20 minutes after I ordered got their food immediately afterwards. I am never coming back here.
