        No one answers the phones. I have called this and other local locations multiple different times today - not a single answered call. I need to know which locations are actually banks (have tellers!) and which locations do not (because both locations I visited yesterday DONT HAVE TELLER SERVICES?). Poor service. I will be finding a different bank.

        Edgar Marquez and his team are very unhelpful and unprofessional. Waited in line just to be told we cant be helped. My wife just surgery and they have her back and forth. This location puts Chase BAD name. I would bank at Wells Fargo or BofA.
