        I would give zero stars if I could. The cashier didnt know what an UP membership was, couldnt figure out how to apply my 15% discount, and I ended up ordering online from right outside the store instead of having them ring me up. Dont hire people with a sixth grade reading level, were all literally begging

        Eh. Ive shopped at this location when Im in SB and every time I get a mix of courteous or nose in the air vibe. Nice, larger store but Ill stick to my local Anthro and avoid the b vibe. Byeeee

        I had the best experience shopping here today. One of the employees (blonde with mid length hair) was so helpful and even disassembled a mannequin to help find a dress my size. Even though it didnt work out, she went above and beyond, was so friendly, and was really fantastic customer service. This store is so lovely and I will definitely be back!
