As an update to my last review, I did get a call from the manager Colin and my unit was finally replaced.  The water heating is bit better on this one than the last one.  I appreciated the effort that was made to replace the unit and having instructions on its use this time.  It still shouldn't be so challenging to get service setup and maintained.

I love this company and I love my water filter! This company is amazing. It's a small company and they give you very personal service and to be honest with you. I kind of fell behind over Covid and they have been so patient with me and I'm so grateful. My water taste delicious and my skin is softer and my hair less dry!! Highly recommend this awesome company!!

Starting from the visit from the company to give an estimate of cost, to allowing us to buy the water softener or lease it, to their tech Joey who was professional, thorough and did a perfect install...I'd refer this company to anyone looking for a water softener or filtration system.

Horrible experience with this company! I signed up with them for Bi weekly service and did not get what I signed up for! Every other week I got a different story/excuses as to why they could not deliver my order.  I called to talk to a manager and the manager was were always " out of town".
