Josie and JC were responsive, informative and professional. Josie was on site within 30min in a storm even with the 101 freeway closed in both directions. We were fully flooded and her ability to quickly vacuum up the water prevented even more damage. Grateful

Great experience - needed to make the initial arrangements remotely from the east coast. Adrian, the manager who provided our estimate was thoughtful and kind given that the project included the removal of sentimental items of a deceased family member. Jozy, who led the team doing the work was highly professional and efficient. JC, Gus, Ricky and Oz were hard working and professional. The family appreciates their hard work.

Adrian, Joey, JC and Oz were quick to respond, on time, super clean and easy to work with. Great job on the demo of the damaged areas. On the reconstruction side, Pedro, Gio and Diego were fantastic. Again, they were on time, clean, worked hard all day long and the results show. You would never know the walls had been damaged; the restoration was perfection.

Josie, Ricky and the entire ServePro team took excellent care to clean and put my furniture back in place after they completed their top notch ceiling repair from the Dec 2023 "rain intrusion" (big leak, big deal!). Highly recommend.
